These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in [Dubai, UAE] (unless another forum is required by mandatory law).
15) Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
